If your item is broken, please send us an email with a picture if the item and where it is broken. That will help me determine if it is something I can fix or if it needs to be replaced. All purchases are packed sufficiently as fragile items when shipped. We do our very best to protect your purchase, even during transit, but we understand these things can happen.
